说明：
草铵膦又称草丁膦，商品名为保试达(basta)、百速顿，化学名为4-[羟基(甲基)膦酰基]-DL-高丙氨酸或2-氨基-4-[羟基(甲基)膦酰基]丁酸铵(2-amino-4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)butyric acid ammonium salt)，草铵膦为白色结晶，有轻微气味。熔点为210°C，760 mmHg下沸点为519.1°C。易溶于水，22℃时在水中溶解度为1370 g/L，在常见的有机溶剂中溶解度较低。
As an analogue of glutamine and acts as a competitive inhibitor of glutamine synthetase. Soluble in water. It is an herbicide commonly used in plant molecular biology and plant tissue culture. It is the ammonium salt of glufosinate. It is also known as Glufosinate or Glufosinate ammonium.
筛选浓度建议：
If
you are selecting seedlings in soil, the concentration of PPT is 120mg/L, but
if you select your seedlings in plates, the concentration should be 10mg/L.
● 母液配制方法：
10 mg/ml （50 mM）草铵膦溶液：
取100mg草铵膦粉末，加入10 ml蒸馏水彻底溶解，0.22μm 抽滤除菌，-20℃贮存。
● 筛选bar基因草铵膦终浓度：
有文献报道，以拟南芥为材料，土壤中幼苗筛选草铵膦终浓度为120 mg/L；培养基中筛选草铵膦终浓度为10 mg/L。
